Just text your lifts.
Jimmy remembers.

No app to open, no spreadsheet to fill. Text what you did between sets, and Jimmy writes it down, compares it with last time, and tells you what comes next.

One thread, every session.

From the first set to the next-session plan, everything happens in the same conversation.

Log

Log it like a note. Keep it like a record.

Every reply shows what Jimmy saved and how it compares with last time. It only says “progress” when the stored sets back it up.

squat 100kg 5,5,5
Logged back squat: 100 kg x 5, 5, 5. Last time: 97.5 kg x 5.
same as last time
Logged back squat: 100 kg x 5, 5, 5.
Correct

Fat-fingered it? Just say so.

Fix a typo or take back a set with an ordinary reply. The original message stays on file, so every change can be traced.

actually 42.5
Corrected overhead press to 42.5 kg.
Plan

Save a routine. Ask what's today.

Save your split in one line. TODAY lists the session with your last numbers, and NEXT tells you which lift comes next.

ROUTINE bench 3x8-12, squat 3x5-8
Routine saved: bench press 3x8-12, back squat 3x5-8.
TODAY
Today: 1. bench press 3x8-12 (last: 60 kg x 8); 2. back squat 3x5-8 (no history).
Coach

Advice with its working shown.

Double progression and RPE limits run as code, not guesswork. Every suggestion names the sets it's based on, so you can check it yourself.

RECOMMEND
bench press: try 62.5 kg for 3x8-12. Last: 60 kg x 12, 12, 12; every target set reached 12.
back squat: establish a baseline for 3x5-8; no completed history.
Remind

Nudges, only if you ask for them.

Reminders stay off until you opt in. Set a time in your own timezone, pause whenever you like, and STOP always means stop.

REMIND ME AT 07:15 Asia/Kolkata
Scheduled daily at 07:15 Asia/Kolkata.
Workout reminder: bench press 3x8-12.

Say it, snap it, or text it.

Hands full, or your sets already on paper? Jimmy logs a voice note or a photo as easily as a text.

Voice notes

Hands full? Just talk.

Hold the mic and say your sets. Jimmy replies with what it heard before logging it, so a misheard number is one “actually” away from fixed.

Heard: “squat a hundred kilos, five five five”
Logged back squat: 100 kg x 5, 5, 5. Last time: 97.5 kg x 5.
Photos

Shoot the bar. Jimmy counts the plates.

Photograph a loaded barbell, a machine’s weight stack, or the page you wrote your sets on. Jimmy reads it, adds up the plates in code, and tells you what it assumed.

bench, 5 reps
Read: 20 + 15 + 2.5 kg a side on a standard 20 kg bar = 95 kg.
Logged bench press: 95 kg x 5. Last time: 90 kg x 5. New personal record: heaviest load.

And it keeps working between sets.

Plate math, done for you.

Exact plates for any load, plus a warm-up ramp. Worked out in code, not guessed.

Rest easy. Jimmy keeps time.

Start a timer between sets. When it’s up, Jimmy texts you the next one.

No plan? Ask for one.

A session built for your time and equipment. A thumbs-up saves it as your routine.

Rack taken? Swap it.

Substitutes for the same muscles, or a permanent change to your routine.

Stuck? Jimmy notices.

When a lift stalls, Jimmy spots it and suggests a deload from your own numbers.

Set a goal. See when you’ll hit it.

A projected date from your trend, and a cheer the day you get there.

Ask about any lift.

Recent sets, last sessions, which muscles you trained. All from what you logged.

A Sunday recap, if you want one.

Opt in once. Every number in it comes from what you logged.

It remembers how you train.

Your level, schedule and equipment, said once. Every plan fits you after that.

A coach that would rather ask than make it up.

Code owns the math

A model may help read a message, but history, comparisons and progressions are calculated from stored sets by explicit rules.

Clarify, never guess

Unknown exercise? Missing unit? Jimmy asks a short question instead of saving a set it isn't sure about.

Every word is kept

Each inbound message is stored with its provider ID. Retries never double-log, and corrections leave an audit trail.

No. Jimmy works in Messages on any iPhone, iPad or Mac with iMessage. There's no app and no account.

What can I text it?

An exercise, a weight and your reps, like bench press 60kg 8,8,7. Add each for dumbbells, bw for bodyweight and rpe 8 if you track effort.

What if Jimmy gets it wrong?

Reply actually 42.5 to fix the weight or undo that to remove the set. Your original message stays on file, so nothing is quietly rewritten.

My gym calls it something else.

Teach Jimmy once with ALIAS cable lats = lat pulldown, then use the nickname from then on.

Does an AI make up my numbers?

No. Comparisons and suggestions come from the sets you logged and fixed rules. If there isn't enough history, Jimmy says so.

Will it spam me?

Reminders stay off until you send REMINDERS ON. Pause whenever you like, and STOP ends every message.

Do I have to pay?
